Just recently got my self another s14, n/a kouki version this time. Any one know where i can find a good clutch for it? The gearbox's for the DET and n/a seem to be different.

very hard to get sr de clutch's as the de flywheels is a bit smaller than a det one . ! pick up a standard det flywheel for bout 30 quid and are a direct fit onto the de engine !

or get a lightweight det flywheel and clutch!

well my release bearing started making noise today so im guessing il be needing a clutch soon ,, so det clutch and flywheel will fit an n/a box ... i may man the fuck up and get the det engine to go with it all hahah ;)

thought id ask this here rather than starting new thread.... any one know if the s13 r180 shafts will fit into n/a 14?? :confused:

They wont, n/a have much smaller diffs than turbo models

All half shafts are same be it 180sx s14 s15 r32 r33 turbo or non turbo only difference is bolt pattern

this whole half shaft craic is confusing. My problem is I mite have a r180 diff lined up but its 6 bolt, my na being 5 stud.....how can i make it fit if I even can? the r200 shafts dont fit right??

If the diff you are buying is 6 bolt pattern you need to buy 6 bolt half shafts, straight forward job to do, your own shafts wont do the new diff as bolt pattern is different.

Halfshafts are about €50-€60 quid for the pair, and all are interchangeable turbo non turbo does'nt matter a feck..

It will take you a while to swap over if you never done it before and are doing it yourself, 2X12 spanners, 17 socket for where its bolted up into the floor, 19 socket where its mounted to the subframe, and 36 socket for the half shaft at the hub.

Just remember when your changing that the left and right half shafts are different lengths, mark the ones in the car "left and right" and fire in the news ones according to what you marked your own ones and go do some streeto!
