ok so manifold was blowing since a while back due to a stupid poxy brace i put across it ended up pulling the face due to the welds and wasnt mating with the head correctly so it needed alot of work filling and skimming ect ........................

Thanks to the lads in tdp Robbie ,Brendan and Johnny bravo :D ,for doing a great job ....with a last tweek of the map shes now up again at 370 bhp so runnin great and can finally go out and get it out to see where the next problem is that i can improve on ...........suspension :)

OOOOOOOOOTTTTAYYYYYYYY lots happenin here

So got the suspension setup by the lads in track day there last week ,the difference is very noticable loads of grip :D..........also put tension rods in and the tein extra lock arms dont know wether i mentioned that before the extra lock is great to have i must say ! All four arches were rolled and the standard wand setup properly locks pretty good now .......also got to test the new setup the weekend thanks bren. :D drives great as we learnt whod a thought id come home with no tyres :D ....... Thanks goes to brendan (stonie on here ) and robbie (tdp) again for everything mentioned.

I also got a GTR bumper for it was never mad on them from day 1 just my personal opinion as the standard bumper is nice enough , i just hear drag car when i think of it on the car (que the pics of sliding gtr fronted drift slags :D ) why mite ya ask did i buy it well i got it cheap cheap so cudnt turn down the oppurtunity ! :) let me know wat yas think !

thanks man ! yea sorry ment to say the fitting is all over the place !! needs the bumper bar cut out vents are hitting it (cut as much as i could) etc bu i cant cut it as my interfooler is wraped in it , i know its one of them types that comes back the way it came in !..............

after its mapped again id say well pretty much when the new intercooler is on itl get mapped ! save me putn it on the trailer just keep it til tax is up and drive it down and up !then start ripn it apart

Started stripping bits out today all seats and that .Also tidied up some wiring in the back just done a little bit today and will finish it off through out the course of the week give me something to do :) .......

Also painted that spoiler i posted up satin black its down the garage drying off

Plans are to get the caret up during the weeek and centre console bits, leaving the dash in ,will be getting a hydraulic handbrake installed also thorugh out the course of getting it ready ,trying to do as much as i can myself only way ill learn

Ill post pics up of the little work later on ................ :)

Started taking the carpet up this evening and attacked the lovley sound deadining will go at it properly tomorrow , ya cant bate the owl hammer and chisel to some its a pain in the bollocks to me its soothing, turn on the radio and sharpen the owl 1 inch chisel and off ya go ! lol :D . Got the carpet up and lower centre consol radio area cleared and taken out . Will have the fabricator in during the week to mock up alluminium sheeting for avcr and other switches to mount to that area and also to block the boot off from the back seats area ,will probably just '' self tapper '' that to the body and exsisting frame just to keep it tidy .Well heres some pics from this evening sound deadining still down only got carpet up tonight and sorting a few dead wires out !

Found this interesting on the passenger side the carpet was burning itself to pieces under the seat , a gromet was missing from where the exhaust sensor was coming up from so im guessing it was just the heat coming from the exhaust ...... wooops :D

spoiler looks cool,its very well made....home made job but a seriouse good one....it will look alot better in black,still think its to agressive for a standerd body R32,really needs quaters or arches to pull it off,but with it painted black it it wont stand out as much so it will help...back window tinted i reckon it will help the overall look witht he spoiler...nice job on the car overall well done!

Cleaned up front arches removed arch lining and other bits and degrerased both arches pig of a job , covered in shite they were ! also took bonnet off and its going off tomorrow to get some relief put into it :D ................

Picked up four s14 skiddn wheels with tyres of the mick fella durn the week and new shoes today for up front as i hated the equips that were on it much tidier looking now and better fitment which will allow me to lower it a smidgen more not much as i dont want it on the floor just a tad :) pics tomorrow

Also have bart supplying me with a few bits aswell all going well and if i can ill get the bits over the weekend !

Bonnett is with young conor farreley off here at the mo might have it the end of the week !! hoping that helps me out with keeping engine cool , got pics today of it in progress ill try post them up if i can

Update- main and big end bearings ready to rock ,pistons a one off 0.5 mm oversized and none in stock any where in the solar system :D so had to get them made specially just for me cause im great :D went for Forged J.E. Pistons in the end ........ so just waiting on pistons to be made then the whole lot are coming toghether then we can get cracking .......well i mean paul can :D ! .........oh and engine bay got a degreasing and removal of some crap just to tidy things up ..............just a waiting game now :)

Its very easy just cut lines horizontally to each other leaving japs of 20 mill or so, then nip each end to its lenght. note this is the vent gap ie smallest side on vent then pull ur flanges (lol) upwards ,weld in triangles to desired height of vent think they were done to about 40 mil in height and reinforce with fibre glass or filler and paint

very easily done

Got a bit done this week ,do be busy in work so its hard to get stuff done after .I got my new front wheels, picked em up and put em on, dropped the car down on the ground and stood back to say to meself it needed to go a little bit lower '' hella flush epic stance stonie spec '' :D ,ha nah just lowered it a tiny bit .Whilst i did that i cleaned down all arms while i was at it including the coilovers which i gave a blast of silicone spray to keep the rings in good nick for future adjustment ,great gear that :)

So after that i got the chance today to bring the car outside i fitted the spoiler C & C'S welcome :) .Also fitted back in the bride seat along with the harness and went for a quick rip up the road had no bonnet bumper interior etc to say the least it didnt last long :D the look on the coppers face was priceless.

stilll waiting on the bonnet and then to fit my intercooler and mapping

homosexual update ! installed the aero catches there durin the week yad want a degree in aero nautical engineerin to put the things on ! and got my tow hook aswell just painted that up didnt fit it yet as the new intercooler might get in the way of it so ill fit it after thats done ,hoping to fit the kill switch and wire it up durin this week if i can grab one of the lads for an hour or so :) ...........................

I feel that i spend more time feckn around with this yoke than i do driving it !

Any whooooo got a new intercooler on as the size of the other one i had yad piss yerself laughn if i shown ya ,no joke i think the standard one on the dyna was bigger :D .........

Its off on friday for a full roll cage by mr john pebble (stone).... baddum tish see what i did there :cool: .......... so when thats done ill take it home clean up the interior and then lob it back down for its last map and theeeennnnnnnnnnn go skidn with the hope of jaysus and all his lambs behind em !!

Big shout out to robbie and co in TDP got a full weld in cage and also robbie managed to map the car aswell really appreciate that as he saved me two trips down ! also means the car is ready to rock :):):):):):):):):):):)

after its new map as it was tweaked to suit it now being a track car it made 396 bhp and 360 sumtn ftlbs of torque ,cant wait now to get out and see how it goes ...............

Spent today mocking the sat up ,i like to sit tight to the wheel and up high so took ages to get it right leveling it out etc, so tomorrow out with the welder and a bita box section and get it in ...........

@ micko yea its tidy enough but ya have to butcher the thing to squeeze it in on one side first etc etc

So the final installment of a car ive had nearly 3-4 years now that went from being a road car to becoming a track bound car i blame this forum for that lol was to just put the seat in and get it sitting right .Due to me sitting up close and a liking to sit up high it took nearly all day today to get it right !.......if ive to take that seat out once more ill hop it off the wall :cool: ......... so anywho dragged my buddy down with his stick metal meltin machine and we fabbed up mounts for the seat to raise it and also put on brackets to bolt it to the floor ............thanks ray dude !

I also threw my hand at welding see pics below :afro: new forum name should be snotser :) i was usless ha

So any way shes ready to rock and im gona bring it out for a rip on sunday and see how she goes ! just a pic of the mounts for yas noting beautiful !
