blue smoke in sr20det help

just putting up for a friend of mine his car wen powerin on lets out a good bit of blue smoke theres a t25 turbo in it.the turbo was lyin up for two yrs wud the seals b gone hard in it?or is it more internal like rings?any info wud b kindly appreciated thanks in advance.

check the turbo itself to see if there is any shaft play in it.

blue is usually rings or the likes and white is more or less turbo related
