Sounds like its going to be a savage weekend :) May start planning, might venture over myself with the car :afro:
anyone got a rough idea how much the ferry would cost?
I put in details on the ferry website yesterday. Around 780 return for van , trailer and 3 adults. not cheap

If your just driving over to spectate its working out at around €300 for a return trip in the car, so if there was 5 people per car it would spread the cost of the boat. Tickets for weekend camping is working out at about €30. I'm really thinking of going :) who needs a lift?
they sit up the slipway and anything that toes a trailer they will pull over regardless of nationality, more so licenses and weights than fuel

are you shure the boat is that cheap i travel back and over every fortnight and we pay 360gbp return for 3 in a car and generally it is 50gbp for each aditional passenger
walk on walk off is about 70 gbp return
also if you book through a travel agent is generally a bit cheaper 360 sports logistics or marty nutts are who i deal with
so who is all going?
im going friday nite/sat morning. car 2 pas £285 return
Good few of us going, getting the 8.40am boat sat morning think i paid 320euro return including one passenger?
Have to raise my car tonight for the boat though! :(
5 of us going in a car. About E580 return all in. Had to split with one way Irish Ferries and one way Stena line. On the 2.30pm Swift from holyhead saturday. Should be awesome if the weathers decent!
