Rev limiter question

Quick question on the rev limiter on 180sx black top non vvt, if you do hit the limiter it seems that the cut off us very far apart as in 1-2 seconds? This normal? Any advice appreciated,

Mine started doing this, slow bouncy limiter, not fast like it used to be.

Checked fuel pressure today and the pump can barely maintain 2 bar and its bouncy at that. Clamped return line and no change in pressure so pump is fucked and it was a walbro gss341 with nismo reg
