Hi guys, I'm a member here 4 a long time but never managed to post something about my car, past days me and my brother bought a RPS13 that we started to build as a real build should be,we will try to keep the costs down as much as we can, so here we go!

we found the car with the broken CA18DET that stayed in the previous owners yard for 10 years...(from 2003)

I hope you will like them when they will be done... I will not use them, I will make fiberglass overfenders from them. Just have to make the right shape.

Looks like a really solid car!:) is it going to be used on track or for everyday? Cool to see cars from overseas on this man.
Ill be watching this thread to see where your going with it.

track use only.we hope to stay under 1000kg with the weight, the shell will be SR20 powered.
In Italy we don't have so many cars as you guys in Ireland.

nice to see someone building on a tight budget:) good idea with the arches, thought thats what you were doing when i saw the first pic!! :)that welding is fine dont let anyone tell you otherwise

What is that yellow stuff on the carpet?! I hope it's not what I'm thinking of right now..

And your brother is good at welding mate! the cage and the welds look very good, not like others I've seen at roll cages.. :wink:

That cage is sweet, was only looking at a cage fitted to my friends ae86 build today, done by a " professional " and yours is a 100 times better!!!

had a lot of work this week so didn't manage to make a lot of things...
almost got sorted with the rear right fender, a few litle adjustments and soon I'll make the stamp...
