Want to change my gearbox and diff oil in my r33 for an up coming track day, has a welded diff in her, just wondering what grade oil should i put in each??

Its a standard rb25det engine in it!!

80W90will do fine for a welder, in the box 75w90 semi decent brand for the box of course
