rb25 flywheel questiom

well my car has a rb25 it was converted to manual and has a rb20 box,

it has a spacer to go between the flywheel and crank just looking at it doesnt look right doesnt seem to sit into the flywheel that great and its only leaving about 4 threads on the flywheel bolts ?

its this correct ?

That doesn't sound right, shouldn't be any spacer between flywheel & crank.
Get some pics.

i fitted it infront if the flywheel and im getting fuck all clutch , when it was behind i was getting clutch , just the bolts seem short

There shouldn't be a spacer in front or behind the flywheel.
Standard bolts are 27mm long "not including head". should thread in around 14mm I think.

it used to be a automatic though crank differnt ? i know its strange that it would be , but i cant get clutch without it
