I am thinking of getting a driftworks or mishimoto aluminium rad.
They only seem to make them for m3.
Has anyone fitted these to a 328i?
How do you work the expansion tank as the set up is different for m3 and 328i?
Any info on this would be great :afro:
the fit straight in u will have to use n external resevoir though
i have drift works ones in stock 220 euro

Is it just one pipe from the reservoir back to the radiator then or whats the set up?
Any recomendations on what I could use as the reservoir?
Any links to see how this is done?

Straight fit. You just need to reroute the bottom pipe that previously went from the block to the expansion tank on the 328 rad to a new header tank. Can use an M3 one if you want to have it all looking fairly factory or can fit some universal alloy tank. Then you just plumb the small pipe from the top of the new header tank to the top of the rad, Again, you can use an M3 part for this too

Thanks for the reply Dave, wanted to be sure before I went ahead with it.
