What sort of gadgetry goodness do i need to get this data in my videos??

I was using a custom made logger, that records the gps data to an SD card.

But you can get loggers on ebay but not sure how good they are.

The one I have, records the gps data at 20 times a second. I am going to add extra data to it soon, like rpm, throttle position, water temp, oil pressure and so on. Even have two non contact temp sensors for the tires.
