Did you try rubbing the wheel down with white spirits? Usually solves it

Ya that's pretty much the same lad ....have you tried heating up the wheel cause that's another thing if the wheels too cold it won't take the paint

obviously the should be sanded down, wash throughly with thinners, panel wipe..by right youd need to etch prime them first. is your shed clean ie is it used for mechanical work or is there polish used in the shed any oil, greese, polish , wd40 even in the air can cause reaction. plus build your paint up in light coats letting each coat dry for 8-10 mins if its reacting this will stop it hope this helps
Rub the wheels down with 600 wet paper then wash wheel heat it with a heat gun etch prime it 'get etch primer in any good motor factors' then lots of light coats of your chosen paint heat at each coat and your sorted.
Sorted lads, went at it last nite, sanded, power washed, heated and cleaned, primed wit etch primer. Came out da finest!!! Thanks 4the help, much appreciated!!
