Well,
there a few weeks ago bite the bullet and bought my first rwd. Didnt want to buy something perfect or mint as i wanted a bit of a project so i bought a s13 which ye might reconise.

It was a track car all striped out but my plan is to put it back together and back on the road. improve the spec and make it as mean as possible.

It has a good nct till january so hopefully it will be back by then on the road..

its a very straight clean shell. engine is working perfect and not a bad spec.

heres some pics of it when i got it and how it stands after three weeks work. its not going to a fast build as money isnt plentyful at the minute.

after christmas if it fails nct ill take it off the road and drop a sr20 or something along them lines in.

Stripped out interior,rear strut brace, floor painted and rear panelled off as if its a van, didnt clear thow.

Hks front coilovers adjustable top mounts

Welded diff

17 inch volk rims, staggered fitment 7.5 front 8.5 rears i think,*perfect tyres*

3inch cat back exhaust

Manual boost controller

Horsham developments stage 1 ecu

Splitfire coil packs

boost guage and pillar

very nice why did you go the 200sx front ?? and what you doing with the 180sx front ??

its a 200sx so i said id stay with that front if i get the bumper on right, intercooler is preventing it from going on right, spent a day cutting it to fit without making a shit of it but no luck.... very close thow, might get it on with a little bit more cutting...

Update!!!

went down to ollie burke friday and got a few bits to get all the electrics going. alot of it was ripped out of it but after a long days work on it everything is working on the electric front bar the windscreen washer, think the jets are gone....
fitted lazy lights also and all indicators working....

well get it back on the road and drive it and enjoy it for a while, and if it fails the nct put an sr in it but in no rush...:)

I hate u iv been wanting a 200 wit a pre facelift bumper for the last few weeks really makes me want 1 more now run it low and slide on best of luck wit the build man

cheers mate, love the facelift bumper, thats the plan, get coils and drop it about 3inchs more and a little camber to finish it off:)

Ya theres been a bit of work happening here and there....

Got a rolling shell to take the interior out of and then over time get it ready for the track after the blue one is finished.

Heres the list of things done so far:

-Sunroof all fixed up and sprayed
-Interior carpet out to get cleaned along with seats and boot carpet
-All lights working
-All boot trim got and cleaned
-Car totally striped, cleaned and sprayed a good few bits before carpet goes back in
-All door cards inc back got
-Back speakers re wired and working
-and a few other small bits cleaned and sprayed to give them a fresh look..

The plan of action is to get all the carpets and seats cleaned and put them in the blue on.
Then get the bumper fitted right and off to the sprayer:)
