How 2 wire Universal lamba sensor?

Im puttin a universal lambda sensor into my r33 gtst skyline. The sensor has 2 white wires and 1 black. Does it matter which of the white wires i join to the original white wires?
All it says on installation guide is whites wires for heater, and black wire for signal.

does it say polarity matters or not, from memory i dont think it matters but cant be sure..

no it doesnt matter just do it wire for wire.
