Hello All
Pat Tiernan Motors is the sole Nissan agent for Parts, Sales and Service for Limerick City and County. We have been Nissan dealers for over ten years now. Pat Tiernan opened his first dealership when he took over from Frank Bresnin in Shanagolden, and took the plunge over 3 years ago to open another branch in Limerick when the franchise came up for the taking.
We have built up relationships with hundreds of trade and retail customers within all departments since opening on the Ballysimon road 3 years ago. Not only do we service customers in Limerick city and county but in Clare, Kerry, Cork, Tipperary and some further afield. We strive to offer value for money especially in these difficult times.
In the coming days we will be coming on board as the newest site traders, to help you with all your Nissan Parts Needs.
Since the celtic tiger years, people are under the mentality that main dealers are the more expensive option for parts and service. This is not always the case and it must be bourne in mind that a genuine part fits first time every time and in turn will save you time, hassle and could save you money!
I also have experience and knowledge of Jap imports so even the things you think cant be got....may be got!
Enquires will be taken on my traders section once it goes live on the forum or through PM. Also through phone or email, all details will be up once my traders section goes live
Thanks all and i look forward to dealing with you

My mate went to him to quote a part for a Cefiro and the guy behind the counter told him to go to the Opel dealership. Never heard of a Cefiro in his life.
Could be looking for a few small bits alright.

I have my suspicions, got a price for a new genuine nissan SR20det oil pump from a nissan dealer and got a quote of EUR600++. I could pick up a genuine Nissan oil pump for half the price off an independent seller (non nissan).. strange that!
Welcome to DI, plenty of nissans on here.

Certain items such as the one you have mentioned, can sometimes carry a hefty price tag, but other items such as everyday needs on here ie: gaskets, filters etc... i aim to supply at the best price possible.
I will do my best to get you any part you need at the best price possible, if i helps i have a 180sx myself, so i feel your pain my friend.

welcome aboard kieran.. i know kieran and no matter what i look for off a 180sx or other s body versions it is usually in stock or in stock following day, kieran himself owns a 180 so knows them and is not one of these fools that needs full chassis number etc, that shit annoys me.. for example i went into toyota for a exhaust gasket for the altezza they said they had to get onto lexus in cork for it...lexus=6cylinder altezza=4cylinder... i dunno how some of them gets a job, anyhow thats my rant over and my point of this being kieran knows his stuff
Welcome aboard Scamp. Good to see someone we know well helping out with Nissan parts :)
Great lads to deal with get all my main dealer stuff there, welcome along and best of luck guys
Best of luck Scamper. At least its not some tool running the show on here. Scamps been around the car scene for many's a year. Sound bloke, about a 4 or a 5 looks wise, a 7 personality. i'd bang him.

Just one thing on what you said, i will never ever refuse to help someone, and i do my best to help them without a chassis number, but if you have a chassis it does make things alot easier and more accurate for you and me.

Never found nissan dealers helpful in the ten or more years of buying s/r dody parts, started off on a real downer by paying 100 irish pounds for a single oil squirter for a ca18det, turned me off them completely after the first oil pump i got for the same engine off FR Sport was literally more than half the price cheaper, SR20 oil pumps were around 200e when main dealers quoted 600e??
All the same it's great to have a dealer on board , dealer support on this site is a huge step for drifting in this country if you ask me, and hopefully it will be passed on up through the dealer network on how much time/money, and effort is put in keeping their fabulous rwd cars on the road and on the track.
Hopefully then the top management will see the support such cult cars as s and r bodies receive and it may push some of these models back onto the assembly line.
To sum it up , welcome aboard and its awesome to have you here!
got a good few bits off kieran when i had my s14.very reasonable prices and very helpful
