Hi guys, I just wanted to tut a thread about my lovely s14a. I have it for a year now and i just pic it up from TDP yesterday. Robbie did great job with her.
It`s a road car and when i bought it a year ago it had only body kit, intercooler and blow off. There is almost nothing original left in the engine bay.

Spec at the moment:
Freshly rebuild sr20det engine
Tomei 256 cams
TD05 18g turbo
Nismo 550cc injectors
Z32
Walbro 255 fuel pump
FPR
Intercooler
Blow off
Alloy rad with electric fan
Hydro
Guizzmo boost controller
Apexi PFC with hand commander
4 branch manifold (heat warped)
3" stainless steel elbow, down pipe, de-cat, cat back
G Master coil overs all around
18x8.5 and 18x9.5 Ultralight Nurburgring wheels
Bride recliners driver and passenger side
Momo deep dish steering wheel with quick release
Battery relocated in the boot
Front and rear strut brace
Exedy Stage 2 3 puck clutch

There could be something else i forget but I can`t think of at the moment.

Plans for the future are:
Steel head gasket

Maybe a extra lock
And a few other bits and bobs

The car is currently running 338 wheel bhp and 380 fly wheel bhp with 379 lbft of torque at 1.2 bar pressure. Very happy with the result

Yea it's still the same turbo. He said that he is surprised from the power he extracted of the car. He didn't expected it. For the turbo.. . It can not hold the boost very well. I'll put up the graph. He said that it's normal for these turbos.
Next I have to put steal head gasket and put the boost a bit more up...

I'm going to enjoy her but if i bring it to the track i`ll wreck it. You know me well. I`ll come over to visit you soon and you can say for yourself is it laggy. I emailed you all the graphs so you can see the results.

annot hold boost?? is that down to the actuator? Did petko not have the same trouble? would it hold better on a different actuator?

I don`t know to be honest. I didn`t ask him. I think petko did something with the actuator, but not sure.

I didn't, i was getting boost creep due to waste gate not opening fully, it was suspected that waste gate hole was too small but when i took the turbo out to widen it, turned out the housing was machined in such way that waste gate was hitting it there for not opening fully, as far as not being able to hold boost there was no issue there, though i was running 1 bar boost not 1.2 !!

Now there are a few new updates on the car since last time i updated the specs.

First i want to say thanks to Petko (pepsterx) for doing the hole work on the car and to Jay form DI Motorsport for fitting the hydro and the clutch. Great job lads.

Petko did the hole engine transplant and any other job i`ve had on the car.
He putted a new tick Alloy Rad just a moth ago.

Now there is the hydro fitted by Jay

Seen that on face book, one question tho, can you not undo the two bolts on the cylinder and rotate it 180 so the lines are comming out the bottom, not comming up in the air like that? Maybe they cant be turned around but i think it would be alot neeter, looks good tho.

On most types of cylinders it wont work upside down.. air gets trapped and cant escape so you cant bleed it properly and it wont lock up!
