rb26 inlet manifold on 25

wel lads tinkin bout puttin a gtr inlet manifold on da rb25. been told its a good job and id be cuttin out bout 2foot of piping 4m the intercooler, has anyone done this?? and is there spacers ya can get ta bolt on to the head and den bolt the inlet manifold onto the spacer as theres differant bolt patterns??

Ive put a lot of research into this and for the amount of time and work it would take its not worth it. The cheapest way of doing it would be to cut the runners on the standard manifold and weld the 26 plenum runners to these, however you would need to modify the front of the plenum to take a throttle body. Otherwise there are kits i have seen that will allow you to fit the 26 plenum and TB's to the 25 head.

To be honest though you might as well buy one off Ebay and spend a bit of time making sure it fits correctly, its tidy on the inside and port matching it to your head.
