Drive Shaft Services would probably be able to make one for you, but they are in Dublin

you will need to make a one piece prop for it there is a guy down in carnew just a few mile from carlow marcus nailer engineering he will cut off both knuckles and machine wield them to a new lenght of prop [1 piece] he weights and ballances them on a machine then coats them in paint for a cost of 200 euro you will not get a better prop made anywhere..... wez. dan.. barry L,,, alan sinnot myself practically everyone i know has had him make props in the past and never had a bother with them........
you might find someone with a second hand one there for around 150e

Give japstuff 2 a shout he'll be able to help you out a little closer to home to ye and I'd imagine for a bit less 200e seems a lot, dealt with driveshaft services a good bit and never had a problem with them. Can't remember what they charged for rewelding and balancing rbs13 prop but think it was 150
I have a prop here for 25box to s14
