Clutch problem .. Rock solid pedal.

I know its not drift related but Hopefully someone here can help me with this,

I was coming up to stop at a traffic light last night and when i pressed the clutch it went straight to the floor,
In a slight panic i quickly pulled it up with my hand to its normal position and now when i press it now its completly solid ??
Does anybody know what this might be or what the procedure with fixing it may be?

The Car is a 1.4 petrol golf by the way.

Similar thing happened me before it was the clutch that shattered in my van or it could be a bent fork

solution... buy a decent vw with power :confused: :cool:

more than likley youve broken fingers on the pressure plate,horrible 1.4 golfs!either way its a clutch kit b goin into her :-)
