if you turn it were it bolts to the wheels does it turn 1 wheels only? the torsens only spin 1 wheel when there is no load on it and both when driving normally
A lsd i had one time had the spring setup like that
Cant remember which though, was it a kaaz or a cusco
so ya reckon its defo no 2way.
I dont think its possible to know looking at it like that, it would want to be opened.
I think thats a cusco actually and some or all of them you could switch them from a 1.5 to 2way by changing the centre 'yoke' around. The greater ramp angled side is the 2way

looks different to all the standard diffs in that link that was posted above.
ok so both cups can turn either way so was told its a viscous so what do u mean by turn the thing around would that not jus be the same thing.
The cross inside the centre of the diff
Sure rip it up and see what the story is
open it up and look at the rack angle the cross pins sit on. a 2 way they should be the same < >. 1.5 1 side will be the same as 2 way <. the other rack angle wont be as steep meaning it wont lock up as much on deceleration.

Thats what i was trying to get out earlier :)
