A 1jz come in single turbo and twin turbo, some vvti and some not.. Best thing ta do is find out what its coming outta... The engine isnt worth savage amount, if ya have a R154 gearbox then its worth alot more

As said above, and does it have any ancillaries; turbos, loom, ECU, gearbox etc! Mileage, etc

I sold a 1JZ from a '92 Soarer with turbos, starter, auto gearbox etc for €250. Probably doesn't mean a 1JZ from a 1998 Chaser with 20k kms is worth the same.

It's hard to help when you don't give any information?! And I'm presuming your buying it to break it on here which pisses me off a wee bit considering 90% of your posts have been blatantly using the site to sell stuff on.

But anyway, as said above it's hard to put a price on it when no one knows what year the car is, engine spec, what you'd actually be selling etc.

I'd imagine unless your getting the car for sub-€500 that it really wouldn't be worth your while buying it to break it if it's a standard car, as you'll be left with a rape load of standard parts which there's fuck all of a market for.
