d/s seatbelt

seatbelt in my 180 stopped working couple of weeks back. it wont go back. tried swapping it today with a spare one i had and thats not working either. the one i put in today could be faulty too but its the same problem as the other one? not sure how they work so any suggestions? cheers

ya didnt let it retract the whole way back did ya? sposed to tie a knot in them stop them goin back to far, other wise they usually go fucked!
