Never done a build thread before and doing some bits and pieces to the car
after my first year drifting to tidy it up for Eglinton at the end of the month
so thought id throw one up :)

Needed some extra lock so modded the knuckles and the wishbones for some more camber .
Cut 25mm out of the knuckles and added in 35mm to the wishbones .

The roof , boot spoiler , kidney grills and wheels are all going matt black .
Have ordered coilovers and a 4.10 cwp today too , looking forward to getting them in :cool:

Have a 9j wheel to match the 8j fronts their too must see if can find a match for it .
Got 4 of them for handy monies but 3 of them are 8j and 1 9j .

Last boy i rented the trailer from throw me 2 17" tyres he took off his road car when i told him i was at the drifting , not bad meat left on them either :)

Removed the diff for when the 4.10cwp lands , thought i would have it today but should be here tomorrow hopefully .
No spare wheel well mades for handy removal :)

Couldnt spin off the crown wheel as my air gun is shit and didnt have the poke , but will get it spun off up in Cons so its all good .

Cheers Marty , i screwed the front collies up bout 30mm the last day thinking that would lift it a good bit and id say it raised it 5-8mm , still looks the same :D
Must of been laying on the wings .
Raising it a wee tad more , just enough so i can cut the wheels without pulling the wings off .
Hoping the back should settle and coming a bit yeat , ive the spring adjusters for the back out too , want it as low as i can get away with .
looks the business dude love the wheels up front :cool:any bother loading it on the trailer lad looks serious low but full off win :)
Cheers Gary , aye their off a e39 530d sport , good offset for the e36 , fronts are 8j have 3 of them and 1 rear which is 9j .
On the hunt for aleast another 1 9j .
Havent tried putting it on a trailer yeat but it`ll be fun id say :D

Update :
Havent updated this in a while , got the cwp in the night before i headed to Eglington on the 29/1/12 but i learned my leason of having the car too low .
Ended up catching the oil cooler and pulling it down and draged it along the ground and wore a hole in it before i heard it , and that within a half hour of taking it off a trailler .
So screwed up the front coilovers before the next event , castlefinn on the 4/3/12 had a great day , first proper run out since i got the coillies and cwp in , tis a different car to drive loving how it handles .
