First off my car's a PS13 :)

The wheel's im looking at are:

17x9.5 +18 rear's
17x9 +22 Front's

Basiclly i want to get tidy fitment without alot of stretch or camber, My arche's at the moment are already rolled, If i was to go to 17x10 +18 rears and 17x9.5 +22 fronts can i get those size's to fit with a small bit of stretch and arch work? Then it's onto tyre's what size tyre can i fit with a small bit of stretch my car's driven every day so i really dont want a headache with tyre problem's

How much arch work would those size's require?

Second thing is 5 stud conversion and a brake upgrade.

What exactly is needed for this and what brake's do people usually upgrade to when doing a 5 stud conversion i've seen a few using z32 brake's? what are they like? Worth doing?

Any help greatly appreciated lad's. :D

you need stagger! 17 arnt big enough to fill 13 arches nicely, 17x9 on front 18x10 on rear is perfect!

if i was to go with 18's on the back it would be:

17x10 +18 Rear's
17x9 +22 Front's

How much arch work are those size's going to need? Any problems clearing coilover's or anything.

Having a look around at different fitment's

Found a sil80 with:
17x9.5 +18 Front
17x10 +18 Rear
235/40/17 Tyre

OR

17x9 +22 Front
17x10 +18 Rear

Both like tidy but im presuming the 17x9 fronts are going to be handier for and every day car.

Will any of those size's have trouble clearing coilover's?
