Is there someone around who will make them to specific requirements ?

Or

Is it best off to buy sheets of it and cut to fit, if so, where ? And finally what about the slides for the front windows if you are making them up yourself ?

try here , car specific kits ;)
can get clear , bronze tint , green tint etc.....

Plastics4performance in the Uk either..still fairly pricey but they are decent..

They come pre-made to fit with black border and optional tint etc

Same as above I got a quote off them to mould the fronts of the ae86 so I could use winders. So fronts(custom mould), rear sides and rear was £350 or so.
