wats the best paper to use to sand off old paint on fiberglass bumper??

and when iv it primed and painted with new colour wat grade paper do i use to get rid of all orange peel effect??

i take it you dont have an orbital sander if by hand use 320 to get ready for primer taking down all stone chips flakey paint etc,,,when you have it painted 2000 grit paper or 1500 first if its very bad with orange and dirt etc flatten it down fully with this then use cutting compound and a buffer bring it back to a gloss thats it basically

aswell i doing 2000grid after lacker so 360->2000wet->2000wet

no i have no sander all will b done by hand so 320 1st on old paint get rid of all chips etc? then prime it and paint then use 2000 wet ya??

i prob wount b putting any lacker on it as its only for track at the mo, will i still need to use lacker lad?

did you try nitromours lad, great job for it brings it right back to the gel coat and start from scratch,

there is a special way to do it people should pm me if thy are considering it
