Just wondering what the are called? It says Nissan on them but there not the standard orange ones? And are they GTR headlights?

Look like they could be just aftermarket clear indicators lightly smoked man. Think the GTR Corner's were amber aswell.

the front wings look to be standard gtst (correct me if im wront). GTR indicators wont fit GTST wings. and visa-versa.

I think nissan did some clear indicators, but they could be aftermarket. I had a set of clear ones, very similar to the above, and they were branded NISSAN (iirc)
