i said id start a build thread for this even tho i had no plans to anything to it...ye that never happins. it was parked up for nearly 2 years most lads in galway might have seen it in a field.anyways after months of asking about it i finaly got it. and fuck me i was a happy camper with it. ran it trough the nct last friday and only faild on abs light and alinemet... i was a happy ted...:D
As i said i had no plans for it but thats changed a bit :P shes a standerd spec s which is all i was after for a cheap but nice run about
i just bought a spec r engine with a metal head gasket, tomei cams, pistons thats all i know of at the min. Gareth burke from DRD MOTORSPORT is doin the bearings for me and some other stuff at the min. I also got a greddy t517z turbo just have to pick it up.

so was a bit bord over the christmas so i got the break fluid out and done the lips of the 9 j meisters.there white at the mi but will be painted midnight purple to match the others. so banged them on this morning to see how the look and fit. they 9 j +30ish.... haha there are 20mm spacers on and in need of the coilovers to be fitted badly! anyways here she be with just the 9 j still have yet to fit the 10.5j +24s on the rear..

have a ful uras kit also think il use it on the drift car.so im going to gt myself some vertex skirts to match the msport bumper and my origin back bumper. also have an s14 engine to bang in when ever i want.thanks to chuck g and his mate.sound lads to deal with.i must say spec s's are very light on juice which is what i want so im leaving her standerd for a while

u can see in the first pic why i have a dc sticker :P its covern a grey petrol flap :P il take it of when i get all the stuff painted on the car. serious lack of time put into this. but now im spendn what ever i save in the next few months into it. had a s14 engine for it to convert it but the spec is cheap to run.it will be converted befor i sell it on

im not sure if it will look gick with a big gapping hole in the front with no front mount but i have seen it done on a s15 befor.will try find the pic to show you.have spacers ther the problem is my left hand side overfender is a bit more pushed out than the other so i will have to refit and repaint the overfenders

had a tp befor and your man had payd so much for it back in the day he didnt see the point in fixing it. im on the hunt for 3 piece for the front. anything with a low offset

Ah right. although, if you have 3 mm clearance, that should be 3mm clearance?! on topic but off topic theres less than a mill between my rim and coilover on the golf ha, the kerb protector yoke was rubbing till i drove it and now its custom tyre to coilover clearance yo!1:cool:
sorry let me refraze if i drop the car 3 mil it will the coilover. il get a pic to show you what its doin. i had bolt on spacers , but for some mad reason the meisters on the front dont have the groves cut out inbetween each stud hole so they wont work. and when i had the back dropd i struggled getting over the speed ramps in fas =[

it was low when i startd there. but them crappy speed bumps didnt agree. thank fuck i havnt got the bn kit yet cause i wouldnt last to long goin in and out of there. the fronts up in the air cause i was waitn on my spacers that came on friday.my wheels wouldnt clear the new coilovers and with the coilovers that i picked up the week befor i was just letn them settle befor i dropped it. cut a long story short i got lazy and didnt bother lowering it yet. what you startn in there?
Do you need the 25mm spacers tho? Christ that will push the front wheels out a fair bit! I have 5mm slip on spacers some where Ya can have them if i found them should giv Ya enough to clear the coils
had 5mm on them and they where shtuck under the first collar. all il ask is dnt u take any pics of it up in the air u will kill me haha. i had 20mm spacer there also but the back of the front meisters dont have grooves in the back of the wheel so i would have to chop the nuts that hold the spacers on. that sounded messy so rico of here popped over with some 25mm spacers to get an idea of what it would look like and how the wheel would be stickn out. it wasnt anything crazy so i got some brand spanking new ones :) the fronts are 9j +35 . there now + 10
i need to get lower and narrower front tires next. there 235/40s
Get 225 i had them on my 9s for years nice profile on them have them on 10's now so its safe cheap too :) ah bolox to that, no way to just get regualr old nuts with the right thread? But suppose if they look ok at 25mm belt away haha,
il just stick with the 25mms :P yeah 225s or 215s will see what pops up . did u get arches sorted yet?
gave them a final coat of filler now so should be finished in a few days but iv got wind of a vertex ridge Replica kit thats being made, and i really really really want a vertex ridge rear quaters and bumper, so ill be waiting 2 weeks till i have confirmation its going ahead or not as if it is ill chuck these ones in the bin and buy that and widen them like these :P if i get the dmax front wings it will be the perfect missmatched kit i always wanted :P muhahaa

ridge kit is feckn clean looking!
i know i hate the ridge kit but it has the nicest rear overfenders for a s15, need the ridge rear bumper too, love the vertex lang front, love dmax spoiler, so all thats left is the front wings and d-max is the only wings i like lol i had this all thought out 2 years ago its finally getting all pulled together,
did you get your bn kit yet? i wont be getting them yokes off epr i emailed him and they only got the D1 Dmax front wings in and non of the others,

Tis no excuse :-P you driving up and down everyday? Ah at motor mechanics there til april turned dowm limerick in june and got called for athlne handy nuff ne 50mins each way .
its my only excuse and im stickn to it haha. no im stay near moat with a paddy of here. it would cost me 150 if i was traveling every week fuck that!

the side skirts look ok as the blister looks curved at the top and yours seem straight, but the rear looks a bit dodge, sure takes 10 min to swap them and see :)

so i swapped the skirts for a bn front bumper for the skyline. because there are no skirts so i gota wait till hey have them back in. my big update is im goin up to get a rb25 on sunday. i wont be fitting it till i have everything sitting there and is all ready to bang in.like custom prop and gear box mounts. althouth i was sent a link that was on zilvia.net that was sayn a auto r33 gearbox mount will work fine so i might even try one that i can get a lone of to see if this actualy works. iv a question for you rb heads. if i put a rb20 box on the rb25 im goin to clear the tunnel without having to bate the shite out of the tunnel. is it goin to last long? also what turbo would be a nice lil upgrade? gt35? precision 6262? or what else is there that would be a good uprated turbo?

small update. rb25 oil cooler and relocator to add onto the list of bits goin in with the rb25 conversion. goin to go for a forward facing inlet mani aswel. an owl hong kong jobeen. so il be waitn a few weeks for it i guess.

Got 215/35s fitted the last day and dropped it for the driftireland stand. shes rough as fuck but i really couldnt give a dalm haha. I ripped the grass verge in the middle of the road the hole way up to the garage and I gta go back up to it tomorrow to pick Eoghan up. I finally convinced him to come to a car event! Success!

front looks perfect! just make sure the sides line up with the front piece and have the same angle and its a winner! cos at the moment the sides are too vertical if ya get me
i have them tucked in just to hold it up. dont you worry il try get it perfect. i will double check with you before i give them a bit of fiberglass just to make sure you approve haha :)

Also finally got the 4 door windscreen sorted I found one but hadn't fully decided what way I was goin to get it from japan in one piece! I need the 4 door for the summer so bad!

freddy was a pain in the arse yesterday! so i wanted to strip all the paint off it to clean it up. the bloody thing had a layer of filler under the paint. so its half way to bein fully polished will get pics up soon

bought this of a buddy today also picked up a z32 fuel filter. my plan is to start the conversion the last week of next month as iv 2 weeks hols it wont take long changing the engine just want to give the bag a quick spray to clean it up so will use the a week of my hols to getting it all done :) then straight out to Gareth in drd to wire her ip

so i said today was the day i am finally going to man up and do it. engine was out by 2pm today all ready to fit the rb25 tomorrow.i have the r33 front subframe in and ready for the engine. all i have to do is fit the new intake tomorrow bang her in and take it out to me owl Gareth in DRD Motorsports. I was very sad taking an engine out that was running perfect =[ here are some snaps of todays fun.

haha cheers seanie hope to have it back on the road asap. iv an orc clutch to pick up a walbro to pick up and then a turbo to find when iv a few pound in 2 or 3 weeks just running a standard turbo for now

Haha il be bringing it out to him tomorrow iv engine and that in just need it wired up and il lob the clutch in while its out there. Il have a snoop at yours while I'm out there :)

small update orc super single clutch kit goin into it. still waiting on getting the car back hopefully soon. it will be probably goin up for sale soon also as im goin to college for phase 4 in sep till december so i wont have any need for a car

shes alive...finally. water pump is on the way out though! so i got one today alone with a thermostat. just waiting on a hks timing belt to come in from japan now :) also had to fit a brand new orc clutch plate. what a nice clutch it is!
