Ive had quite alot twincam's over the years...The ae86 for me is the ultimate car for drifting...I started off on the road when i was 17 behind the wheel off an ae86 and had many more to follow after to influence my love for this iconic car..I always said an SR86 was my ultimate car.Ive been humming and hauning for a few years about building one,So i took the plunge and bought another ae86 after not being behind the wheel off one for quite some time......I got it home tore it apart and began work on it...Sound proofing was first to go.Then seam welding,Then engine mounts...All This was completed and the car is currently on the spit just after completion off seam welding undearneath....It will be getting paint and then off the spit for assembly and then off to get the engine bay painted...The outside will be staying as is for now as its going to get scraped and bumped so down the line il paint it...The money and time is going into the running gear, suspension and inside off the car...Engine is ready to go along with nearly everything else,Theres not much left to buy to finish this car only small bits and pieces..I hope to have the majority off this done before the new year.
