So here we go.dont care about my grammar .Bought it about two months back of member from this forum. Not bad condition, but took some time to get in perfect nick ;)
Next day was lifted on the ramp for some repairs.Had no NCT so started fixing everything to pass it and just to have good toy on the road.

It had some job done already by last owner.New exhaust manifold gaskets, exhaust back box mountings ,all 6 new ignition coils, prop shaft front mounting between box and shaft it self. But it was not enough

Front right wishbone was replaced to wright one,cos before somebody fitted normal from E36 ,not EVO,which is different .Had on shelf used ,but in good nick.Fitted new oem EVO wishbone bushes.New front anti roll bar links. New right hand side engine mounting.Fixed leaking constant oil pressure valve ,with new 0 ring gasket, common problem on M engines.New prop shaft middle support mounting and fixed rear cv joint on prop shat .Probably somebody replaced it ,but stripped and fitted back incorrect and it wasnt moving by sides ,so had some vibration. Now its perfect. Stripped and lubricated front steering rods to do tracking much quicker.New rear top and bottom ball joints fitted, new tracking bolts and done tracking.Fitted new spark plugs, changed engine oil,all filters,PS fluid, antifreeze.Fitted new steel braided clutch hose and same brake hoses ,filled system with ATE blue racing brake fluid.Redone rear brake lines, looks like it was done not properly, hoses flared not enough , now its safe to press brakes hard.Fixed leaking rocer cover gasket and washed engine bay inside and under it to be sure we dont have any leaks.Reversing light stopped working or wasnt working at all,so trying to fix it ,found loose starter motor and damaged wire under motor, fixed few problems in one shoot, and washed all throttle bodies After all this job passed NCT in steel 20 minutes. After few days and track day in Mondello, found leaking oil dipstick tube 0 ring gasket, which replaced by new one,and some leak at the back of the engine.Took out gearbox and found leaking crank back seal, fitted new seal and seal bracket gasket.Checked clutch, somebody already fitted all new set including new flywheel  Welded one of cracked exhaust manifold ends, common problem as well and fitted back washed gearbox.Forgot one thing,on the way fixing back seal, broke interior radiator plastic hoses ,was broken before and glued back with some stuff,so ordered and fitted new from BMW .Fitted new refurbished steering wheel and oem BMW CD player. Now i think thats all, maybe forgot something.Bigger brakes ,coilovers and quicker ratio diff on the way.Dynoed in Enfield , 312 BHP and 333 NM of torque.Going to rebuild one bad vanos unit and fit it on EVO to get some torque back.pictures very soon

on last dyno we found too low torque .so decided to get all vanos gaskets, bolts and O rings, in case ill need it take it out from engine and change all that stuff.so found incorrect timing ,took out vanos unit, replaced all parts and fit it back with corrected timing. No i feel i got some torque back, going to put it on dyno again.

Today fitted front brakes with 15 mm spacers ,thats a different already ;)

Stripped out replacement diff and 3.64 ratio is ready to go in
