Gatebil at Rudskogen Racetrack – 8-10 July
In the middle of the Norwegian summer, this Festival is our main event. At most more than 45.000 people and 10.000 campers are participating on this event. Car enthusiast from Scandinavia, England and even Japan is attending making this event one of the biggest car festival in Europe! Rudskogen Motorsenter has started building a whole new racetrack witch will be just finish for Gatebil this year. A 4,6 km track with a unique track shape with approval for F1-testing, this course will improve the adventure at Gatebil. Rudskogen is located about 1,5 drive south east of Oslo, nearby the Swedish border.
THIS IS GATEBIL
You can take your own car to the track, take it to the show or just visit to watch all the show cars or the cars on the track. At night it will be several bands playing live music at the Gatebil Aftertrack! Beer and food are served at the Aftertrack area!

Drive on the track.
Everyone can drive on the track as long as your car is in good condition and have plates or is approved for racing. Every car has to go to a check before they enter the course and the driver need to go to a trackday brief. Price: 500 NOK pr day
The car show
If you have special car or a styled one, you can show it and attend the competition of the “Car of the Show”. We have many classes, from Amcars, Italian, German, best girl car, racecar, historical and a few more. Price: 250 NOK for the weekend
As a visitor
If you haven’t brought your car you can still vote on the displayed cars in the depot and watch the completions and free driving on the track. At the track we have free driving, drifting, MC show driving, 201 m drag, Norwegian Champion of sliding (Breisladd), Gatebil Racing and Gatebil Extreme. Price: 200 NOK pr day / 550 NOK for the weekend
Festival – camp at the track
Many people come to Gatebil for the whole weekend. Watch cars or drive during the day and party all night long. Bring your own tent, sleep in the car or bring your caravan. Price: 800 NOK pr person (includes weekendpass) + 500,- for the car/tent.
TICKETS
You will be able to buy tickets to the event when you get at Gatebil. You can buy Festival-tickets if you are planning to stay at the area, or you can buy weekend-pass if you are planning to stay at hotel nearby.
