Its prodrift running it as a main attraction to Show.

Seems like an unfortunate case of bad timing but should be a good event none the less. JDM Allstars is a really cool event and if it takes a similar format it should be a great day out. Any idea on how many and which continental European drivers are making the trip over?

I was pretty puzzled when I heard about it on DW a couple weeks back, although it was posted some time in August I think. Publicity hasn't been great unless I'm looking in the wrong places. Prodrift have an account on here but I guess they'd probably tied to DW

its almost always like that on dw,they used to give out about any effort irish lads did to put on an event like this,look trough the past 3years of posts u will see that. irish lads make a good effort to go and compete over there,very few come over here. so they will moan instead. its not the first year of it its was ran a few years ago in newcastle at night and i was over at it.
MM are running a show and the track time is planned around the show.

i Know 3 of Northern Irelands top drivers have been invited.. Richard Bradley,(s14), Damien Mc Bride(chaser), and Young 13 year old Mc Keever(180sx) will be there also.. 3 top drivers will be good to watch these men against the rest:)

Each driver competes against ever member of the other nations team, and its 3 points for a win, 1 point each for a draw, and zero if you loose. The nation with the most wins the round.
Today, England was against Northern Ireland, and Ireland Team 1 was against Ireland Team 2 in the first round. The losing teams competed for 3rd and 4th place with the winning teams of the first round then competing against each other in the final.
They hope to have 8-10 nations in the event next year. They was meant to be 4 this year, but the Dutch had mechanical trouble and were unable to attend, so Ireland Team 2 took there place.
