View Full Version : strange clutch problem r32
havin a strange problem with my clutch, when i get into the car when it cold the pedal bites about half way down, but then after it warms up it rises up, like when im drivin for a half hour or so the clutch bites right at the top, if u even rest your foot on the clutch itll slip it, the clutch os an exeedy paddle job an havent had any other issues with it, it bites realy well ! bit confused, what would cause this? would oil gettin onto it do this an cause it to expand?

I know certain clutches work to their best ability wen they get up to hot temperatures so maybe that is case here. racing clutch man, id say it sound but others might say different. But i have seen this for myself, quater mile, wasnt happenin for chap on first run so he turned round half way up the quater n i heard him sayin clutch wasnt warm enough.Totally blitzed it then!!
