Hi guys,
Bought my 180sx 2 months ago, so far iv put an exhaust on it, plenty of plans for it, new wheels an so on so on.... keepin wit the standard look, no big bodykits or anythin, fairly simple wit serious wheels.. il put the spec up soon

they look better without the spats... :D Tis a sweet bus man, pull the reg over to one side tho i think they look kinda cross eyed when its in the middle

nooooooooo, incorrect, middle is best on a kouki!

nice car man, bar the steering wheel!

this is the exact look i want for my 180 original kouki kit is the only way 2 go some dishy wheels and a bit of camber and ul b sorted

Lovely car,I really wanted this myself but recession spec bank account said otherwise.:(

Best of look with it anyways,really nice car,needs nothing savage as is.:)

what kind of wheels were you thinking of going for?

Thinkin of ultralite nurbergrings, somethin wit dish or else rota grids, sit it lower an plenty of camber :)

Hey, haven't updated my thread n a long time so its time for an update :) I've done a couple of bits with the car, new wheels, poly bushings, under sealed, and other small bits an bobs.

I ment to post up the spec list of the car ages so this is the spec of it wen I bought it back n feb 2011.

1 of the first things I got for the car were Driftworks tension rods. The bushes n the original arms were well worn so time for upgrade. I also picked up a rear subframe fitted wit Driftworks poly bushings, was changing the diff as well so threw the lot n.

Sourced a cusco 2 way diff that came out of an s14, only prob was the casing didn't hav an abs sensor like mine so decided to take out the abs entirely!
Bought a roll of copper brake line and fittings for the job. It was straight forward enough, only took a couple of hrs, pulled out the big lump of an abs pump an made up new pipin n the front of the car.

Also removed all the aircon.

Will it still pass NCT without ABS??
I had a Problem before where I had the ABS fuesd pulled out ( forgot to but it back in before test) went in for test and failed because the little light never came on in ignition on turn off after 3 seconds.they say if it came from the factory with it, than it must have it on it for test .

if thats the case about the abs light i read on a thread on honda-haven before that what the vtec boyos do when it comes to the nct and they have no abs is they wire up the abs light to like the battery light or somethin so it stays on for 3seconds or whatever to make everythin look legit

Id imagine if the abs unit and the like's are removed they wont even look for an abs light coming on with the ignition?

I've done this myself, because i changed the 4 stud huds to 5 stud non ABS hubs, so i had to do something about the ABS, and i Put in a timer relay for 3 seconds. And the lads still look under the bonnet for the ABS unit.

It passed the NCT no prob, I disconnected the abs light, think I jus took out the fuse.. The loom is still there, heap of big dirty plugs, plan is strip the abs outa the loom, it'll be a lot tidier.

Cheers lads, Keepin the kouki look, need to go lower but here's wat it looks like now :) il put up better pics soon..

Thats how it should be done, think i preffer the works a lil more but nothing wrong with them rotas.
