Have a good nick 180sx carpet i picked up, its just a bit faded in patches, i want to dye it black.
Anyone got an ideas or tips of what would be the best way to get a good finish that would'nt fade??

Also there will be mats put over it so the carpet would'nt be getting the full brunt of the ware and tare.

Thanks

if it's black just spray paint it
if not black, get someone to mix up a bit close to the colour and spray away.
do it on a nice day and leave the car all open to get rid of the smell and to dry it.

would probably wear after a lot of use but covered with some mats would be fine

I've done it before a good few times cheap and easy and looks the job

normal rattle cans yeah. if its black, use matt black.
do it very lightly to stop it from clumping becaus you put too much paint on it.

done a head liner from grey to black with rattle cans before and it worked perfect.
