Whats the average cost of doing this...swapping from one car to another?

what year leon? he may need an sot lead for it to work on the newer one, which wouldnt have been needed in the old one, all in it shud take about hour and 1/2 -2 hours to take it out of one and put into the other!

there a piece of piss to do in and out less than an hour depending on the radio and if its handy to get out

well if a newer type youll need to fly the ignition wire off the fuse box, and may need an sot-976 common enough lead.

he will need a lead for it to plug into the new one, sot -976 is the one, and the ignition wire will need to b wired to the fusebox of cigaret lighter, as the 08 is can-bus wiring, most halfords shops should have that lead in stock, is about 36 euro:) or get it online, there about 20 pounds

Most places would obviously know this and supply if they were doing job I take it if you wanted yeah? She just wants it done quick, hassle free ya know

yea most places will no what ya need, but i duno if theyd have it in stock, shud do tho as its the standard sot for any vw/audi/seat.
