**taking out windscreen**

Right lads going to take a windscreen out. Last time done this was one a rear quarter window with a Stanley blade....can I just do the same for the windscreen or does any1 have any better tricks for getting it out nice and easy and neat?

proper tools makes it easy

3 options or combination of these will work better again.

long knife like carpet fitters use
wire, proper stuff for window removal but its like piano wire i think?
proper knife like this is handy but hard to get used to using and easy to break the blades until you get the knack
