View Full Version : what clip is missing from these brake lines??

had the nct yesterday and the tester said there is a clip missing from the passenger side, now i had a look and i cant see where hes talking about, and its the exact same on the drivers side, i took some pictures so maybe someone can point it out???

Think he could be talking about here the hose meets the pipe just at the back of the coilover, think there is meant to be another plastic mount there?? They look fine though!

theres a C shaped clip that keeps the solid brake line in tight to the coilover nick, you can borrow my ones for the test

cable tie......... i may have one of them clips on one of my fucked cusco coilovers....
ill have a look monday.

tester will prob fail it wit a cable tie on...best get a clip.

Dont think so, I had my battery held with cable tie and had my air intake held with cable tie and no questions asked, flew through

haha should have failed ! battery has to have a proper clamp, and not move atall, some testers! haha

brake pipe would be fine with cable ties once is secure and tidy..
