vvt cam?? how to check if good

anybody know if u can check a vvt inlet cam wen out to see if it is good and if so how do ya do it i... just want to make sure it ain't rattly

wen i say cam i actually mean the hub at front if it that rattles

id say you have to fit it to check the pully for noise m8. not much you can do to check them other than fit it. handy done to
