Have apexi boost guage and controller box in the car and have swoosh boost controller. These were in the car when I bought it and the boost controller was set to one bar on standard turbo but the guage is in kpa x100 and is reading up to 16 which I tink is 1.5 bar which I dont think is possible on standard s13 turbo? What ye think?

16 psi is 1.1 bar....so its not to fare out

Its not in psi its in kpa... kilo pascals, found a converter on google and came up as bout 1.5 bar :confused:

wats the gauge reading 16 kpa

if so 16 kpa is equaly to o.16
or is it 116 kpa is equaly to 1.16 bar

The guage is in kPa x100 and is reading 16 kPa so 160 kPa?

160kpa is 1.6 bar which i think ur turbo would of shat its self long time ago or done engine damage by now, go get a difernet gauge and hook it up or call down 2 me in the morning before 11 i have a gauge here il hook it ip

Oh I know that shes never boostin 1.5 bar! Ill give a shout down there in the mornin so! Ill give ya atxt there before I leave. Nice one!!

You would be getting huge boost cut if you were boosting to 1.6 bar...

maybe you stould get a gauge that you understand to read as in readin bar. lol

car just left my place i hooked up a standarf boost gauge 2 it and it was boosing at 1.6 bar beleive it or not ha dnt know how it was going at that,... so meesd round with boost controller now boosting at .8 bar
