Like I said man, if this doesn't clash with anything else Im down for it 100%. Bikes, beer, plenty of skids and a good crew - winner !
Winner winner Christmas dinner!
Id be interested in going if there was a group of cars or something going?

jees greg this could be good !?
I know it between 1.5-2hours from liverpool if you get the ferry from dublin but it's an 8 hour ferry journey but you get your own room and the bar will be open might be handy for the way home as you will be dying for a shower.
The other ferries are a bit of a longer trek

Liverpool is two hours from Holyhead and that's a three hour ferry so it's probably a better idea to do more driving than sailing.

ya ferry to hollyhead seems a good idea, 3 hours on the quick ferry and it would hardly be more than say 4 hours to drive to leicster?
EDIT: the aa route planner says 3hrs 48mins from hollyhead to leicster
Class if there is a good crew ill be going the car might even be ready LOL

If you not trailering a car it would be better but some will I'd say

€268 for a single adult return and car on a quick search there. Irishferries.ie - have a look for Dublin-Holyhead or try the Cork-Swansea one either.
Must get my ticket sorted ASAP

I am going for definite and two others with me for definite and 3 or 4 possibles.I was going to see what ferry was cheapest but get Liverpool Dublin ferry home cause it's a longer ferry and you get a room for a shower and a bit of sleep plus it's only about a hour and a half drive from mallory to the port.I don't mind too much about the way over I'll be psyched
Nice one, so there is loads going. Me bird(Keli) doesn't want to go so Sausagefest will be awesome. :D

Amsterdam is on the way sure.
i was going to drive over too but i priced it with 4 others in the car and it was up on 500, thought it would be cheaper tbh, but were planning on me driving to the port, the lads walking on and the lads walking off at the other side and me picking them up when i drive off and it works out cheaper

i can safely say that will more than likely not happen, due to having di's name associated with a load of road going cars in convoy, god know what could happen..
feel free to put di stickers on your car i just dont think it will be something we organise as such. but load of us going together would be cool

After discussing this with her good self, it looks like we're going to drive to France after it for a week of sun. The channel tunnel only costs about 60 quid. Im looking forward to it even more now.

So who is actually going?
I booked the ferry last night and booking tracktime tonight.we are heading out on the Friday morning and coming home on the Monday.
The thing that is putting me off is that they recommend you don't do the track time unless you're used to drifting fast tracks. Im not used to fast tracks and Im not driving over just to spectate.

We don't have fast tracks here and I'm not used to fast tracks either but it's time to get used to them
Anyone a link to the cheapest ferry? I'd like to go in the lexus with the lads.
we flying over....
renting a car...
looking forward to it now...
We don't reccomend you do not buy track time if you are not used to fast tracks, we understand there are not many tracks offering the speeds available at Mallory, what we have said that due to the speeds involved, we are limiting the track sessions to capable/advanced drifters.
Basically provided you have some experience of drifting and are not at the beginner stage then you should be fine.
Hope this helps.
