2 way diff as a daily driver

iv just bought a s14 it used to belong to jordan off here its red amd it has a 2 way diff now im new to the world of rwd but i find the 2 way diff brutal for a daily driver would a 1.5 be better or would i lose out

lik if i was going round a round about at slow speed it would almost skip around the round about or the other day it jus kicked out going about 20km through town like maybe it because im just not used to it but i said id ask her just to see

sure its a two way and not just welded? shouldnt skip at all really when your goin slow...

Just take it out and open it, my 2 way is the same could just be a lil bit wanked change the oil and see if it makes a difference

Sounds to me that she is welded a 2way shouldn't be as harsh as your describing.
Get it out open it up and you will know for sure.

try pushing the car,and while pushin if she locks when turning its more than likely a welded diff,only way to know is take off the backing plate and have a look,a two way shud give the odd skip of the wheel,and bang and clunk,a welded diff will constantly be locked,no matter what speed,and will always have a wheel skipping

i had it parked up on a curb der the other nyt and i was feling the tyre and i gave the whel a push and it kinda clicked forward lik u said but only one wheel did it

its prob jst very tight :) i taught the ame wit mine til i took the 2 back wheels off the ground they shud move against eachother if u move them very slow
