yup only sense the intercooler was fitted.i checked all the pipes n there grand.i wonder if it a boost leak swomewhere else?
same thing happened me abput 3 months ago and still not sorted!! :) i put a walbro pump into it and it solved it good bit, i know its unrelated but dunno why it helped  i went over all the pipes about 10 times but one pipe i didnt spot was leaking so worth having good check over them..

just another quick question.when the standard intercooler is removed and the new front mount is installed, should there be any pipes left that were on the standard one that need to be blocked off?ive googled it to try find pics of how it should be but nothing is really that clear.thanks for any help i really appreciate it :)

make sure you have all good clips the proper ones, not just jubilee clips, seen the same problem and swoped all the clips for these type

and wallah...
Is it boost cutting really bad when you floor it? or just a constant lag?
There Mikolor clamps... A worthy investent... But buy them from an agricultural supplier / hardware... That way they are 1/10th the price than certain tuners (pointing no fingers) - a worth while investment... Dont think that would be the issue... Boost leaks are easy to identify if you've got a boost gauge..?! Or test it for leaks if you have a compressor, pressure gauge, 2 hose blanks and some air line fittings..See youtube - boost leak testing

are all your intercooler pipes got good tight clips, boost leaking might cause this aswell
