hope everyone keeping well
ive decided today to have a winter project so car be off the road
for a while
but it worth it

.First of iam getn a turbo 2871r

. 4 point harness for the seats

. 4 point roller cage

. polly bushn (tinks that the name) all the back section

. do the whole under neat of the car- what involed...... (waxoil)

.also a hydro

then a remap by stiv


so what else would people consider doing whileiam on this root??

diff oil and gear oil done in feburary and just did a oil change on the engine

so start with the intercooler look a bit worst for ware so gave it a clean

ive, heat wrap the whole exghust from the manifold all way back to the back section of the nur spec
made a carbon cold air feed for the car and then have a hks actutor on the new turbo
also put a new pully in for the trottle cable, cheers to flat eric for the link

so far the turbo in running a dream, got a new hydro of bart becaseu the d2 one i have just not working, so got car back last friday with 1.4 bar boost :D:D:D:D:D:D

so what iam doing at the moment is putn the dash back together where the hydro fits

ive sold the d2 one i have with all the braided lines and fittings 100 yoyo ua cant go wrong with that,

so getn 2 harness aswell,
so any sugestion ta ya mite tink imporve the car, just fire away

i like that now, being honest, looks the job, nice and low, good set dish wheels, but had rays in 18's with small dish and they just didnt do anyting for tehcar so sold them on,

had to make the eye bolt longer by an inch but it ok now, she locking
up no bother and with the d2 it a cunt to pull but with the new hydro
it just pull and that tat, there no restance, mite need bleed them again
just to be sure, when ya have the yellow stuff in bart?

ste new hydro workn a charm, ya no that small play ya get in the d2 there none of that in this one, just small pull and she locked, not like the d2 waitn and waitn and noting like even the handle is made better, really cant fault it, we know better on the 28th but looking good so far do
lock her up last week no bother, where the d2 was locking but was crap more like slown the car down :rolleyes::rolleyes:


the hydro plumed from the back driver side wheel, broken the line comeing from the front of the car and then redirected to the hydro
and then back again, no cutting lines or anting, stiv just screwd the maile and female out from the driver side wheel brake line and connect it to the hyrdo
no messn with anyting, ran the lines down the tunnel, neat job must say
but if you change the hydro it just matter of just swapn them over
noting else, just becarful there be a bit of brake fluid do

so good bit lower, but i can lower the front another 5mm - 10mm i say
but it gona rub the linner in the ach was rubbn beforfe i lowered it a bit .........
what ya tink i do? the loom and the mains cables running there .........

the back ok, need to get an arch roller anyone have one??

but looking good, goot bit lower not gap between the tyre and the arch now
have get photo's up

but advice to people who have coilover if ya never ever wd40 them
it well wort doing ;);)

Think Mick K can hook you up with arch rolling, if not Wez @ Wkd can do them iirc, they would be the closest to you... :cool:

so just back from CDA with the car and she made 341 at the wheels and 310 foot pound of tourque :):):)

sooo small update, been working on the car last few weeks

so far, the car spotless, has 3 coat's of wax
and ive under sealed the arches and cleaned the ehxust back up
coilovers cleaned and adj arms

sooo next week is get more heat wrap finish off the down pipe and
then under seal the bottom of the car next

yep mostly, passio side gave bit bother, small craic in it, but noting major

just had a good read through this :D awesome car man! what kinda engine mods where ya running to achieve 341bhp?

the basic, z32, 740cc injectors, apexi filter, tubler mani, all the useal stuff
but no internals done at all, or costworth heat gasket,
engine to health to open up, did a compression test in feburday
all cyl reading 16psi, so was told that very rare ya get all cyl
the same, was gona go balls out and do the internals in her

what ya tink you self nikki? would be worth open it up to do the rods, piston, cams

Got the loom sorted

first off there was 1 cable snaped and about 5 others
insulation gone on them

so taped up and rejoined the cable that was nearly broke

so bitta update, the engine back in the car, with a custom loom to go with
it, all the fuse's and anyting that elecrtcial that is needed regards fuse's and relays are now relocated in the dash, the ecu arrive just before xmas,
all i need now is the harness from the states so we dont have cut the starnderd sr haress out of the loom,


but bodywork going well, got fenders of bart of here so started prep them and sprayn them for fitting
fenders we in ok nick, bit work in getting them back to new

also got a dmax spoiler of rory off here sound man,
and also fiberglass door cards to modify for the cage

then final a oil cooler off drift works, as most the plumbing in
mite well use it,

but she maped and extra lock finished this weekned then
she be home for the winter,
but on the hunt for a BGW for the back of it

so was haveing problems with oil presure and tempure so decided to tackle that today,

first off the oil tempure senzors shat a bag, the wire connection
snaped on it, so need one those,

then the oil presure what a pain in the ass that was
had to re do all the fitting and pipe work, so
said fuck this ill more the oil fillter
