http://img541.imageshack.us/img541/8678/chaser4.jpg

the works that were on were 18x9.5jj, +40 off.
http://img830.imageshack.us/img830/5619/photo0114t.jpg
and ehres how lost they were in the arches
http://img253.imageshack.us/img253/6955/chaser1.jpg
http://img696.imageshack.us/img696/7999/chaser2.jpg

theres deffo arch work so im not even sure what else i can do with the arches?
http://img87.imageshack.us/img87/5181/chaser5.jpg

so my bro in law put the tyres on yesterday, theyre stretched a bit but he didnt use the lighter fluid method he just pumped them so maybe theyre not stretched enough or somethin.

well anyways, the rims when on are sticking out too far as is.
from the front

from the rear
http://img838.imageshack.us/img838/6862/chaser8.jpg

heres what it looked like sitting on them anyways

it aint possible to run them as is, so how can i get them more flush?
camber arms will help the top but would need serious camber would it?!

is the offset too low for my arches? would i be better with a low positive offset?

do they even suit it?!!

well man, firstly a low positive offset would be better as it would fit properly, but thats not the point:D

firstly what are your tire specs????

there not sticking out too much so i reckon roll the inner lip, more camber ( you will need adjustable ones oh and toe arms as the camber will fuck up your toe)
maybe more tire strect(depending on current size) then you should be able to drop it a good bit

You're getting your knickers in a twist for no reason there dude :D You're only a few mm off ......... Are you in a position to lower it any more? They should tuck naturally the lower you go.

Obviously the other alternatives are more strechtuu or camber .....

can ya even roll inner lip cause your rear arches are really flarred compared to my old jzx100

as ste said, im not even sure if the arches could be rolled.. a small positive offset would be a better fit alright :p

could probably go down a few mil... maybe more stretch would sort it.

yeh i know, thats why i thought i would get away with the - offset.

keep em comin :D if i stretch em more and lower a bit might flush em?

cheers dudes

happy you got them...they suit the car very good...as above maybe blow a 235 tyre on the rims and drop the car a bit they should be fine then..may rub a little if you have some people in the back tho..

Are you on fucking drugs man???

They look AMAZING!!!

I thought the wheels looked sweet on the ad but they suit the car/arches/colour everything perfectly. Im very jealous :o

Take some close up arch pice, inside n out and send them to Famous JH on here he will be able to advise on archwork. But with mine the lower it goes it picks up a fuck load of negative camber, so if you could just get the edge to tuck then lowering it a bit might solve the issue

Firstly - The wheels look amazing on the car, nice choice and purchase.

Secondly - If you lower the car the tops of the wheel will tuck in quite a bit. The Teins on mine are as low as they will go and there's a fair bit of negative camber because of it.

cheers lads, maybe ill just try lower the coilovers with the wheels as is first.

maybe i wasnt feelin them too much cuz the fronts look off with them.

noice rims;) , u not check your widths offsets etc before you purcahesd , to get rims to suit the already flared arches ?

ikeya formula are the only crowd that do the rear upper camber arms for jzx100 and there 750 euro for the pair.....

Yea your fronts are kind of letting them down now! Although if you could split them and give them a really good clean up and polish id say they would look a hell of a lot better. Wind the coilovers down with the car on axle stands and just raise the wheel with a jack underneath to avoid dropping the car accidently on the wheel

Hurry up and get more pictures too

i knew the offset might be too low but i thought id chance it when i seen the rims, thought the flared arches might egt away with it.

panch has the fronts to match, think theyre 10 or 10.5 with a low positive offset i think. hopefully he'll part with them.

the rezax are getting split and polished and put up for sale this weekend.

cheers for the comments lads, lookin at the pics today, deffo looks like the arse could be dropped more, so ill try a 235 tyre and lower it, see what the outcome is.

cheers dudes.
