Which diff is better for sliding, a standard welded diff or a viscous LSD??

For what reason do you say and which is stronger??

And would there be any point in welding a viscous type??

For sliding definitly a welded one, the viscous diffs wear over time and can behave like an open diff. They become unpredictable and are shite for sliding
